The forwarder configuration allows you to save preferred forwarding partners as favorites and integrate them into your transport requests at any time. This allows you to keep an eye on proven partnerships - and at the same time add new service providers to your network directly via the platform.
With CargoBox, you can also make your requests visible to all forwarding partners. You can release the request details for interested partners. You remain anonymous until the release process.
In addition to your favorite forwarders, you can also place your request with other forwarders from a list of forwarder recommendations. These recommendations are based on an algorithm that compares the parameters of your transport request with the service profiles of the forwarding companies. This provides you with qualified suggestions for new business relationships.
Use the statistics dashboard and the download function to analyze transactions from selected time periods and gain valuable insights.

Smart features for your success
The digital sales area determines the regions in which your company is visible to potential customers. It is based on activated zip code areas and facilitates contact with new business partners in defined areas. This means that you only receive relevant inquiries from your sales area.
For you as a freight forwarder, a customer connection means that you are listed as a favorite by an industrial company and are automatically included in suitable freight requests. The connection can be made according to transport areas (e.g. truck, sea, air freight) and enables you to work preferentially and directly with your customer.
With a route campaign, you can advertise your preferred routes and modes of transport in a targeted manner. As soon as a suitable freight request is received, you will automatically appear prominently in the shipper's recommendations - the so-called TOP listing. This increases your visibility with potential new customers and gives you an edge over your competitors.
In the Cargobox you will find published transport requests from potential new customers. If you are interested, you can request approval to submit an offer with just a few clicks - ideal for establishing new business relationships. CargoBox-Notifications: From the Business module onwards, you will be automatically informed about suitable transport requests on the CargoBox according to your service profile.
With FeedbackPlus, you receive data-based price feedback (percentage deviation window) after completing an inquiry. In the archive, you can see how much your quote has deviated from the commissioned price - objectively, transparently and not changeable by the customer.
The “Statistics” section provides you with a comprehensive overview of your activities - e.g. success rate, performance indicators, sales generated, etc. You can create and download detailed evaluations.
