What is the structure and layout of the account?
Each company account is assigned to a function module. Each function module has certain functions, such as the number of users, FeedbackPlus, etc.
You can view the current function module on your account under "Administration > Module Configuration".
At the same time, a "digital range" is assigned to your company account.
Under "Administration > User Structure", you can add additional users and assign them to specific modes of transport.
Assigning users to modes of transport activates e-mail notification when relevant customer requests arrive.
Basically, however, all users can view all transactions of an account, regardless of the assignment of modes of transport.
Under "Administration > Company Profile" you will find the current address and contact data of your company according to your registration.

Changes in the user structure or in the company settings can only be made by users with administration rights.
